WHAT IS ENERGY?     POWER IN MOTION! My understanding is that energy is simply ‘power in motion.’  Everything in life is made up of energy and it all interacts and is affected by all other energy. We are no exception even though we cruise through life blissfully unaware that all the ‘still things’ in our life are actually made up of little energy balls (atoms) that are never still and always vibrating. Boring? No! Enlightening? Yes if you take a few minutes to understand! Orbiting a positively charged nucleus are a number of negatively charged electrons zipping around the nucleus at the speed of light, which is 299,792.458 kilometres per second (round this up to 300,000 klm/sec) or 1,079,251,200 km/ hour. Electrons in action are like mini-supersonic tornados, with ever- changing orbits, that create a cloud of energy charge that acts as a solid mass. Nothing can withstand these solid balls of tornado energy except other electrons, particles or waves with the same or higher speeds. They behave in an organized chaos manner, which is as incomprehensible  to us as our devastating weather tornados and twisters. Scientists are still scratching their heads! Disrupting an atom’s nucleus results in emissions of millions of electron volts! That is how we got the atomic bomb! Power in this little mass is measured in millions of electron volts and our bodily mass is made up of billions and billions of atoms in varying combinations all vibrating at the speed of light. We contain more power than the atomic bomb and our power and bodily systems are directed by our Superconscious or what I call our Magic Genie as described in Drive The Genie Express.   WE ARE ENERGY AND WE ARE AFFECTED BY ENERGY! We are electromagnetic Beings with an electromagnetic field, commonly referred to and photographed as ‘the aura’. We have meridians of energy (electrical network know to acupuncturists and Chinese Medicine) and portal areas of energy exchange commonly referred to as chakras. We have seven major chakras and many more smaller ones. Some of these energies are being captured on digital cameras such as my sons’ crown chakra! Our billions of little personal tornadoes react to our own thinking energy, atmospheric energy in the form of sunshine, rain, lighting and electrostatic energy. Electrostatic energy is the power that ‘zaps’ us when we touch a car or makes our hair stand on end when it has built up around us. Emotional energy is generated from within as reactions to experiences. We are 99.99% space, .01% energetic mass (containing billions of electron volts) and our thumb has enough energy in it to blow up the earth. Billions of Neutrinos (one of the smallest sub atomic energy particles) passes through us and earth every second of every day. So if they can do that then any form of energy can do the same and affect us whether good or bad. We need to be aware that all this energy is oganized by our Super Conscious, which is our Magic Genie, and to take care of this amazing energetic body by protecting it. We can protect it from other negative energies, such as electromagnetic pollution and human ones as described in the book Drive The Genie Express. SPECULATIVE VIEW OF AN ATOM BRILLIANT EINSTEIN! Einstein’s famous formulae is E = MC2 where E is energy, M is mass and C is the speed of light proves that mass is energy.  So to get mass (solid form) the equation changes to M = E/C2, which means mass equals energy divided by the speed of light squared! Many of the ‘definitions’ of energy revolve around ‘the ability to do work’. To me this is ‘force’ not energy! Energy is power that can be produced by various types of force or actions both visible and invisible - see ‘definitions.’   So what is the red image on the left? It is an image that appeared on one digital photo taken while snapping many while looking up at stars on a clear summer night. It was not seen by the naked eye!  CRYSTALS AND OTHER ENERGIES Crystals, contain, store and emit energy. They interact with other crystal energies and human energy. Bunkem you say! Well you are probably viewing this webpage through a computer or digital hand held device that depends entirely on the use of tiny silicon chips (crystals - sand actually!) that have been programmed to store and use energy. Energy is never lost! It can been changed to another form, imprinted, left behind as Yukky or Yummy energy feeling or flow and move in mysterious ways. The Chinese have been ‘aware’ and ‘thinking’ about the influence of energy for thousands of years and most live with a ‘healthy respect’ of energy enhancing positive energy (Chi)  and canceling negative ‘killing’ energy (Shar) where ever possible. We are less aware because of our cultural education system and our limited awareness of our senses. Energy comes from the sun in the familiar form of sunlight, which sustains life. But it also comes in as solar flairs, which create havoc with our satellite communications networks, weather and our moods. The majority of us tend to ignore the fact that there are hundreds of forms of energy that exist and influence us because either we are unaware or find it all too hard to understand. But this does not stop it affecting us. Some forms and affects are now commonly acknowledged such as the effect of sun deprivation, while others such as the electrical energy output around power lines are not. Did you know that a person standing under these lines can hold a light bulb in their hands and it lights up? Why? A power point in a home supplies 240 volts of electrical power, with a field that can radiate out beyond the point (if faulty or old). Our emotions (energy in motion) race through our cells as billions of atomic messages and electron volts in an instant. We all know what affect emotions can have on our life both positively and negatively so it is possible to begin to understand the affects of other energies on us. Air is energy food not just oxygen, water is liquid energy, food is energy, and laughter is energy. Good energy makes us ‘feel’ good while negative, polluted or volatile energy makes us feel bad. Most of us react to the energy around us without knowing why! ENERGY DEFINITIONS While chasing definitions on the www (very limited!) I was pleasantly surprised to discover Dave Watson’s definition of energy and his enlightening site!  His site is excellent and I love his take on ‘The Mysterious Everything’, which I call the Intelligent Organizing Force or IOF in my book called Drive The Genie Express, which explains how to use the power constructively. He states that ‘no one knows what Energy is!’ To finish ‘understanding energy’ please examine the two picture below taken one second apart and find the extra energies that appear in the second shot. They were taken at a place that is energetically powerful and has amazing Aboriginal Dream Time legends of energy and power.  There are many Dream Time Stories of energy and power around Australia.
