CHILDREN, TEENAGERS AND YOUNG ADULTS NEED HELP!
Young and old children are having difficulty dealing with a world that has too much sensory data and too little understanding of what this means.
They are a lot more sensitive and need help to understand this. Very few understand these sensitive kids whose talents were and still are ridiculed. This was
the beginning of the Ritalin epidemic due to learning issues and sitting still! We were not created to sit still - we all need movement!
HELP! For all those parents struggling with children and teenagers who are in this reactive, demoralized, confused or depressed zone there is a great
site with information and help. It is called ‘reach out’ and it is a sight for teenagers run by responsible young people elected to a board. It is a great site
providing information, stories, insights, ways to 'chill out' and beat exam stress and much more. One of the topics that caught my attention because I have seen
it happen, during my teaching career, as an ‘obsessive compulsive behaviour’ in many teenagers - sometimes leading to suicide. It is called Goodbye Self
Harm written by an 20 year old. This is a sight not to miss: Reach Out.

SPIRITUAL BALANCE
Many people find a form of balance through religion while others deplore religion as manipulative and destructive. There
are those who believe in God, those who don’t (atheists), those who are spiritually in touch and those who are confused
and lost. The distrust of religion has created a huge vacuum of stability in relation to love and the unknown. The need to
understand without being controlled may create a path of learning that can be lonely, depressing and controversial. Or it can be extremely interesting and
rewarding when you treat it as an adventure. LOVE and JOY are the fundamentals of spiritual balance. ‘Take time to smell the roses’ and really see the
wonder of LIFE in all its complexity. Drive the Genie Express explains it all in a simple scientific way. The first chapter ‘Genie Power’ explains the quantum
physics behind IT while the last chapter ‘Dare If You Care explains IT’s logic, functioning and the major laws of energy.
EMOTIONAL BALANCE
From an early age some people learn that certain emotions are unacceptable and this starts the cycle of
suppressing emotions. Others grow up in highly emotionally charged environments and consequently get wound up
more than usual. To get a balance we need to understand and re-acquaint ourselves with our emotions and begin to
release the pent up stores. Chapter ten (Befriending Yuk) of the Drive The Genie Express Book deals with this issue of
clearing. We also need to consider ‘emotionally charged issues’ because they can tap into the Belief Banks stock of
repressed emotions and create a roller coaster of a ride that has very little to do with the actual issue. I hear it often as
people’s anger escalates when they are talking about issues they ‘think’ are wrong.
MENTAL BALANCE
Trauma, whether small, large, repetitive or self induced creates stress. The Higher Genie Mind stores trauma and stress in the body to help protect the
mind. Stress can create a sensory multiplier affect and it can affect our health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually!
The best way to deal with stress is to find the causes of it, acknowledge and deal with them. To do this we need to pay attention, monitor and listen to our mind
and body reactions. If we can’t deal with or eliminate them then we need to be able to relax ‘away’ from them. One of the better ways to relax is meditation,
which can to bring peace and joy physically, mentally, emotionally spiritually. The methods learnt in meditation can be used to instantly relax the body when
afflicted. See sensory overload and problematic reactions. The Genie books explain many ways to deal with stress through the Yuk, Yum and Genie trio.
Exercise: We all need exercise whether is is through stretching, walking, sport or gyms. Not all forms of exercise suit all people but there is a good
saying ‘use it or lose it’. The main thing is that exercise needs to be enjoyable so work out a good balanced schedule that can be done without causing undue
stress. We all need to work out routines that work for us and are easy and fun to do. How much to exercise is a hot topic!
Food: The best food is good fresh, natural foods. The more processed, refined or modified foods are the less likely they contain good nutrients if any at all.
Allergies make food a difficult issue for many people as do additives and colourings! There is a great group called Food Intolerance Network that has great
information, resources and science behind the food intolerance dilemma. My rule of thumb - fresh is best but I also eat food that I love (using Masaru Emoto’s
philosophy). Often food is not what it seems so I use my Higher Genie Mind’s instinct to help!
Drinking: Ideally we need good vital water as our main source of fluid intake. Water is as important as air because our body is made up of more than 70%
water. There is a lot of controversy over water quality and structure but in my opinion water needs to be filtered and revitalized. Strength testing as shown in
Drive The Genie Express on page 21 and 22 proves this to me. I also believe that water has memory and can be influenced by sound. Other drinks such as
tea, coffee, soft drinks, wine, alcohol etc supply water with other additives, whether they are good, bad or ugly. Individuals must choose what works best for
them. Plastic bottles do contain a lot of chemicals that leach into the water when stored in hot areas such as containers on trucks.
CREATING BALANCE
It takes courage to really look at the world and work out how we will adapt to it to create the best balance. If we
rage against what is happening in the world and the choices that we have then we are doing ourselves harm.
Remember ‘power goes where thought flows’. If it all seems too hard use the tiger for courage and power as in Animal
Magic - page 16 in the Drivers Manual and page 51 in Drive The Genie Express. Assess the four bodies to find what is
toxic and what can be changed to eliminate as many toxic circumstances as possible.
PHYSICAL BALANCE
Treat your body with care because it is the only vehicle you have in this lifetime so make the most of it. If it is
limited then self acceptance is extremely important. Minimizing the impact of limitation on life is also a priority. Look to
heroes in the world who do more with less to get motivated. See Nick Vujicic ‘get back Up’ to help with loving life.
Breathing: We need good fresh air that is full of vitality because it acts like good food. Access clean air or clean it
with an ioniser. Negatively charged air near the ocean or in a forest is excellent for recharging.
THE EFFECT ON OUR FOUR BODIES
Physical
We are affected by noxious fumes, out-gassing, malnourished and hazardous soils, electromagnetic pollution, room fresheners, unnatural and processed
food and drink, lifeless polluted water, contamination of the air, toxic lotions, skin care and cleaning products, plastic toys,
paints, insecticides, toxic locations people and sensory overload.
Mental
We are impacted by television, advertising, education, media, misinformation, movies, music, noise, toxic relationships,
fighting in all it’s forms, too much to do in too little time, world famine, scientific discoveries about what affects our health,
disputed theories about climate change,disasters and tragedies, other peoples thinking, materialism, our own worries etc.
All this mental overload and pressure causes suspicion, stress and confusion.
Emotional
We are overloaded with learned beliefs, resistance to expression and learned suppression of emotions, advertising, over
emotional people, empathy for others, tragedies, aggression, violence, negativity, bullying and sensory overload. Many
people experience emotional exhaustion, stress and depression. This leads to dis-ease.
Spiritual
So many factions within society try to impose their beliefs through media, repetition,manipulation, harassment,
terrorism etc. There is a lack of belief, an ongoing set of tragedies that defy our understanding and a yearning for a deeper
meaning in life! This manifests as unseen stress of longing for truth and understanding of the unknown.
This massive unseen stress can create dis-ease, illness, unrest, depression and death!
STOP and take a GOOD LOOK at the reality of our world and consider how to deal with it to create balance!
