THE IMPACT OF POLLUTION AND TOXICITY
           NEEDS TO BE UNDERSTOOD!
 
THERE ARE MANY FORMS OF POLLUTION AND TOXICITY!
Pollution and toxicity exist in many places and forms that are not obvious. Some
are recognized but controversial such as the affect of mobile phones. Most are not!
                  Humans are energetic beings and we are affected
                        
                        by other energies in our four bodies.   
PHYSICALLY: noxious fumes, out-gassing, soils, electromagnetic pollution, room fresheners, food, drink, water, contamination, lotions, skin care
and cleaning products, plastic toys, paints, insecticides, toxic locations, toxic people and sensory overload.
MENTALLY: television, advertising, education, media, misinformation, movies, music, noise, toxic relationships, fighting in all it’s forms, too
much to do in too little time, other people’s and own toxic thinking, disasters and tragedies. Mental overload, pressure, stress and confusion.
EMOTIONALLY: learned beliefs,resistance to expression and learned suppression of emotions, advertising, over emotional people,
empathy for others, tragedies, aggression, violence, negativity and sensory overload. Many people experience stress and emotional exhaustion.
SPIRITUALLY: our own beliefs, other’s beliefs, imposed beliefs, lack of beliefs, religious beliefs, tragedies that defy our understanding and a
yearning for more truth and meaning in life! This is carried around as a stress of longing to know and understand the unknown. 
This massive unseen stress creates dis-ease, illness, unrest and death! We need unpolluted balance in our four 
  bodies! We need to STOP and take a NEW LOOK at our understanding of our world and how we deal with it!        
OPTIMUM HEALTH PYRAMID  (based on observing nature and wild animals)
Optimum health means being as healthy as possible within the restrictions of daily life. After observing healthy free animals it
became clear that natural instinctive components of good health had a specific order of priority and amount. This is
shown in the Optimum Health Pyramid Diagram on the right. Take time to think about this concept and observe wild
animals or even an unspoiled healthy family dog or cat to confirm the idea behind the Pyramid of Optimum Health.
1. In wild animals the first  component is survival and preservation because their senses are tuned to be constantly
alert to danger to protect their life. Even when napping they can snap to alertness in an instant.
2.  They sleep or relax most of the time they are not required to be active. This activity results in both deep
regular sustained breathing and a lot of time connected to the subtle life force mind of the animal. 
3. The next most common activity is stretching and flexing. Animals do this frequently when they shift positions,
get up and often they just do it to enjoy a good stretch. Stretching also exercises opposing muscle groups.
4. The fourth component is exercise, which is achieved by the constant stretching, general fast regular burst of
activity for survive dashes, catching food to eat and playing games to stay fit and alert. Survival is dependent on healthy movement!
5. The fifth most important component is drinking water. They drink more frequently than they eat.  
6. The sixth is that they only eat as much as they need to survive and it is natural and instinctive to their species.   
7. And finally seventh animals take time to love deeply, play games for fun and enjoy life.

SURVIVAL, LIFE FORCE, BREATHING AND ALLERGIES
Our life force essence is the most important necessity of survival and yet it’s safety is often recklessly disregarded and the issue of death avoided.
Breathing is the next most important but it is taken for granted and the development of it is neglected. Breath is life! When breathing stops life stops
so good strong breathing is needed to maintain good health! Breathing changes in response to many things including pollution, toxicity and allergies.
Allergies and reactive behaviours come from the Higher Genie Mind’s intolerance and rejection of anything that is not good for the body!
RELAXATION AND STRESS 
Stress is a tricky and it can affect anyone and everyone at any time! It is a response of the body to situations or stimulus perceived by the Higher Genie
Mind as dangerous to the body. When it occurs and creates a sensory multiplier affect it affects health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually!
Noticing what is causing the stress, acknowledging it and dealing with it is one of the best ways to reduce it. To do this we need to pay
attention and listen to the body and its reactions. If we can’t deal with them or eliminate them then we need to be able to relax ‘away’ from them.
One of the better ways to relax is meditation, which can to bring peace and joy physically, mentally, emotionally spiritually. The methods learnt in
meditation can be used to instantly relax the body when afflicted. See sensory overload and problematic reactions.
STRETCHING AND EXERCISE
Watch a cat, dog, lion and even a young baby. They stretch every time they change positions and they really appear
to enjoy the stretch! We may have beliefs about stretching and exercise from an early age that prevent us from enjoying
them and if this is the case we need to desensitize these beliefs and work out a stretching and exercise regime that
works for us individually. How much exercise we do is still debated but it should be enjoyable! 
DRINKING WATER
Water is extremely important in many ways! We often eat instead of drink because we mix up our body’s signals and
many people are chronically dehydrated because of this fact! We need to change how we think and use water.
Remember that we are 70% water. Water can also be toxic if it is in an unnatural state, not naturally flowing, denatured,
exposed to chemicals, some metals, negative thoughts and more. Learn more about water and the impact of thoughts on water with

FOOD AND EATING
Food is the 6th most important component of survival and yet it has the highest priority in our modern life. Unfortunately it
is also one of the most ‘changed’ components and as such causes a lot of problems. We have already touched on the
additives but there is a group that I belong to that lobbies for change. It is Additive alert. Food is a difficult area to negotiate in
relation to sensitive individuals. Some people have multiple medical allergy tests while others suffer and never know why.
Personally I communicate with My Higher Genie Mind to track down problems and eliminate them. The most obvious way to
get good food is to buy good fresh, natural foods and avoid processed, refined and modified foods. We can do our
best but we need to keep stress to a minimum and use Masaru Emoto’s philosophy by adding love to all the food we eat.
Often food is not what it seems so ‘allow’ instinct and intuition from the Higher Genie Mind to help! Eat slowly and with love!

Lack of joy leads to decline! 
      
        We need JOY!
ENJOY - JOY
The smallest component but a very important one! Too many people do not have enough ‘joy’ in their lives for many
reasons. We lose sight of it in a society that is focused on negatives and ‘correction’. That red X on assignment sheets and
tests can blunt the joy of learning. A busy lifestyle that does not allow time for joy and ‘smelling the roses’ can deplete a
person’s store of joy! Lack of joy and enjoyment in the animal kingdom usually leads to decline and death. It can be
found everywhere if we choose! In the beauty of nature, learning and concentrating on something we want to do can bring joy
along with the little things of life and in the amazing natural world. Colour is a joy to me! Drive The Genie Express focuses on

JOY
CHILDREN, TEENAGERS AND YOUNG ADULTS NEED HELP! 
I started to notice 'different children' coming into my life (as an empathic teacher) in the 70's and they were already in their teens by then. At the time no
one understood these sensitive kids and their talents and ridicule was normal. Then in the 80's the numbers of these kids started increasing
dramatically! There were no books on these kids then and the only labels were nasty ones such as ADHD, ADD, Bipolar and more. This was the
beginning of the Ritalin epidemic because they had trouble learning and sitting still!  I know I wasn’t created to sit still! We need movement!
They were approximately 300% more sensitive than most people and in an ever increasing polluted and toxic society. They reacted and are still
reacting because they are confused, disorientated, bullied and demoralized!
HELP! For all those parents struggling with children and teenagers who are in this reactive, demoralized, confused or depressed zone there
is a great site with information and help. It is called Reach Out and it is a sight for teenagers run by young responsible young people elected to a
board. It is a great site providing information, stories, insights, ways to 'chill out' and beat exam stress and much more. One of the topics that caught
my attention because I have seen it happen as an Obsessive Compulsive Behaviour in many teenagers - sometimes leading to suicide. It is called
